UNITs are smart!
UNITS are the crypto currency for UnitedCoin that generates Royalties every time a transition is made. UNITS use the UnitedCoin Standard and have a reserve value. UNITS are used as gas for UnitedCoin services and to purchase NFTs minted using UnitedCoin
UNITS are distributed to members when they create an account. Members also earn UNITS each time they refer a new member. The UnitedCoin Standard is used for UNITS and for all NFTs minted on the UnitedCoin platform. UNITS are distributed to organizations in exchange for 5% of the Company’s NFT minted on the UnitedCoin Platform.
Once an organization mints a Company NFT they can sell it, exchange it for goods and services, and use it to distribute Royalties to their Company NFT holders. UNITS holds 5% of all fractional NFTs minted and listed on UnitedCoin in its reserve, and receives 5% of all Royalties from NFTs, to generate additional Royalties for UNITS holders.
UNITS distribute Royalties received from Company NFTs to UNITS holders. When members perform a transaction in UNITS, Royalties are sent to their spending account.

Undistributed UNITS in the UnitedCoin Vault receive Royalties from NFTs in the UNITS holdings account. These Royalties are added to the UNITS Reserve Value to benefit UNITS holders and grow UNITS Reserve value and Royalties.
UNITS receive Royalties distributed from UnitedCoin Transactions, Company NFTs and Global UNITS in the UNITS Holdings Account.
Undistributed UNITS in the UnitedCoin Vault receive Royalties from NFTs in the UNITS holdings account. These Royalties are added to the UNITS Reserve Value to benefit UNITS holders and grow UNITS Reserve value and Royalties.
Every organization can mint their own Company NFTs using the UnitedCoin Standard. The funds received from the sell of the Company NFTs is split to establish a reserve value for the NFT.
Each organization reserves 50% of the funds from sale of their Company Coin to provide liquidity and Royalties to NFT holders. 25% for liquidity and 25% held in staking accounts. The remaining 50% is sent directly to the Company’s spending account so they can get to work immediately!
NFT holders receive exclusive access to the Company in exchange for the Company’s NFT.
Each time Company NFT holders make a purchase from the Company using the Company NFT, Royalties are released and sent directly to the customer’s spending account. The organization receives their NFTs back and can resell them or burn them for the reserve value.

Social NFTs are minted for free when you create your UnitedCoin Account. Social NFT Holders benefit with individuals sell their NFTs and build their personal brands.
Social NFT sales are used to build Personal Brand Reserve Value. 50% of sales build the Social Token’s Reserve Value and 50% goes directly to the NFT creator. Now they can grow their personal brand!
Social NFTs receive Royalties from the growth of the individual's Personal Brand.
